As an Engineering Manager at Irreducible, you'll play a key role in developing our engineering journey. Collaborating with co-founders, you'll shape the roadmap, hire and mentor software engineers, and ensure they have the resources and support they need to succeed. Think of this as a hands-on, player-coach role – not just providing guidance but also leading by hands-on technical example.
