Job Description
- Develop and implement project control procedures, including scheduling, progress tracking, and cost control.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate proposed changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review and administer contracts.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the shareholders.
