Property Engineer - Dumaguete

The Property Engineer manage the day to day operations of the building for commercial office and/or residential. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.

• Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment PM programs
• Assist the Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure the safety of residents and property
• Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project
• Implement Energy conservation and costsavings measures while monitoring utility consumption of common areas

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Preferably a board passer
• With at least 25 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations preferably in High Rise Buildings Residential or Mixused Commercial Center
• Basic accounting skills can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
• Technical skills in design and installation
• Knowledge in construction/ maintenance
• Customer orientation
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Negotiating skills
• Good both oral and written communications
• Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
• Shifting schedules depending on project requirements
• Can start as soon as possible.
