Job Description

Location: London HQ

Reports To: CHRO Chief Human Resource Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of HR Operations to join our team in London. This is a 12month maternity cover role reporting directly to the CHRO. As the Associate Director HR Operations you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations globally supporting a diverse employee base and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records covering all aspects from hiring to termination in our Talent D365 system. Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity.

HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS software to streamline processes and provide valuable insights for decisionmaking. Support HRBPs in leveraging the system effectively.

Payroll Administration: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to process payroll accurately and on time across our 16 jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage seamless onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees including paperwork orientation and IT coordination.

Reporting and Analytics: Compile HR data and generate insightful reports to support HRBPs in making informed decisions. Monitor key HR metrics and trends.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the HR function. Lead initiatives to automate tasks and implement best practices.

Adhoc Projects: Undertake additional projects to support HR operations as required.

Minimum Requirements:

CIPD qualified level 7

Degree or equivalent qualification

Previous experience in HR management
