Job Title: Guidewire QA Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Guidewire QA Lead with proven experience in endtoend testing for Guidewire applications. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance and technical proficiency in understanding functional flows across Guidewire Center including Policy Center Billing Center and Claim Center. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure the functionality performance and security of Guidewire applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Testing Leadership: Lead the endtoend testing efforts for Guidewire applications including planning execution and reporting.
- Business Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Test Case Design and Execution: Design implement and execute test cases to ensure the functionality performance and security of Guidewire applications.
- Defect Management: Collaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to identify and address defects promptly.
- Agile Methodologies: Handson experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
- Script Development: Develop and maintain testing scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry best practices and trends in Guidewire testing methodologies.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on endtoend testing.
- Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to understand endtoend functional flows across Guidewire Center.
- Experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
