AM - Company Secretary

Compliance Officer:

• Ensuring compliance with various provisions of the Companies Act SEBI regulations and other applicable laws.

• Advising the board of directors on legal and regulatory matters.

• Filing various statutory returns and forms with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory authorities.

Corporate Governance:

• Assisting the board of directors in implementing and maintaining good corporate governance practices.

• Organizing and facilitating board and committee meetings including preparing agendas minutes and resolutions.

• Advising the board on corporate governance principles and best practices.

Company Law Matters:

• Providing guidance on company law matters including incorporation of companies alteration of memorandum and articles of association and winding up of companies.

• Ensuring compliance with provisions related to board meetings general meetings and maintenance of statutory registers and records.

Secretarial Functions:

• Acting as the custodian of the companys statutory records and documents including the register of members register of directors and minutes of meetings.
