Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills extensive experience with Python development and a proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver highquality software solutions. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of Python developers providing technical guidance and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scop

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Python developers frontend engineers providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure individual and team success.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members helping to resolve complex technical challenges

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements timelines and priorities

Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement strategies to mitigate them

Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and other departments providing regular updates on project status milestones and risks

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in Full stack technologies such as Python Django MySQL AWS Azure Cloud etc

Must have good handson experience in advanced concepts of Django Flask DRF MySQL DBMS etc

Strong understanding of SaaS application architectures microservices monolithic and REST APIs.

Experienced in frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS Bootstrap JavaScript etc and experience in ReactJS which is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Git GitHub Docker Kubernetes Containerised Deployments CI/CD pipelines etc

Good experience in different Cloud services in AWS and Azure etc for Deployments Storage etc

Strong knowledge of coding standards and nonfunctional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application.

Having experience in JIRA Agile methodologies and other PMO activities for project management.

Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellence

Nice to have: Experience building SaaS products
