About the Job
Were looking for an experienced Account Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our partner companies and develop its Account Management strategies.
In your daytoday work youll focus on ensuring that clients receive exceptional experiences and get the opportunity to contribute to various growth projects.
Join our partner company: A Swiss MarTech company empowering marketers with AIoptimised marketing analytics software enabling datadriven decisionmaking for enhanced ad performance and budget optimization.
In this role youll:
- Become an integral part of the Customer Success & Account Management team in Zrich collaborating closely with Product and Sales to drive crossfunctional initiatives.
- Build and maintain highvalue trusted business relationships with enterprise clients and key decisionmakers.
- Lead strategic account management efforts aimed at expanding accounts maximising client retention and reducing churn.
- Proactively support clients and handle escalations in partnership with the Customer Success team.
- Champion client renewals and activations in coordination with the Sales team.
- Occasionally travel across Germany Switzerland and Italy to engage with customers attend events and support the team.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in the DACH region and/or Europe.
- Ability to manage client relationships within complex enterprise organisational hierarchies.
- Advanced commercial awareness as well as emotional intelligence.
- Resilient empathetic and possessing an entrepreneurial problemsolving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills native or bilingual proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus.
Please note that we are looking for support in the Zrich office of our partner company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
