They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Client Tax Director to join their thriving team.
As a Private Client Tax Director you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the firms private client tax services. This is a senior leadership position with a route to Partnership where you will oversee a dedicated team manage key client relationships and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. Your expertise will contribute to the firms growth and reputation in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Advisory:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of highnetworth individuals families and trusts.
- Provide comprehensive tax planning compliance and advisory services tailored to each clients unique circumstances.
- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to optimize clients tax positions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of tax professionals fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous professional development within the team.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging existing networks and developing new relationships.
- Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm s private client tax services.
Technical Excellence and Compliance:
- Stay abreast of the latest tax legislation regulations and industry trends to ensure the firms services are compliant and cuttingedge.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex tax issues.
Strategic Contribution:
- Contribute to the firms strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with other directors and partners to achieve the firms overall objectives.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in private client tax within a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in managing a portfolio of private clients including highnetworth individuals and trusts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Indepth knowledge of UK tax legislation and experience in providing tax planning and advisory services.
- Demonstrated business development and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
