Sales Application Engineer - Chemistry Science

Major Responsibilities:

• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Developing longterm relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality price and delivery.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
• Providing presales technical assistance and product education and aftersales support services.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for superior.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows conferences and other marketing events.
• Marking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team/agents/channel and other technical experts.
• Helping in the design of custommade products
• Providing training and producing material for other members of the sales team/agents/channel/customer.

Requirements:

• Education Requirement: at least Degree in Science equivalent. Preferably in chemistry polymer engineering or materials engineering.
• Required language(s): English Mandarin & Malay
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarinspeaking clients.
• Experience Requirement: At least 23 years in Sales for chemical electronics semiconductor will be added value. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
