Part Time Nanny In Thorpe Bay

A lovely family known to Happy Nest Nanny Agency with two children G8 & B11 from Thorpe Bay Essex are seeking a fun and proactive part time nanny to support them with after school care 4 days per week.

The family would like to be introduced to a flexible cheerful and energetic nanny who can provide the support required for the family. The ideal nanny would be someone who is fun yet organised and who enjoys creating a stimulating safe and happy environment for the two children.

The role is Monday to Thursday from 2.00 pm to 7 pm.In addition the family will need the Nanny to be able to work during the school holidays if at all possible.

The main duties involve caring for the children collecting in the afternoon and taking them to their after school activities.

The family would like a nanny who has a genuine interest in childcare and a real love for children.The nanny will be proactive and positive and able to encourage the children to get involved in creative activities both inside and outside the home.

Duties:

Building connections with the children creating a warm environment where the children feel safe to be open with the nanny and express themselves..

Creating a stimulating and enthusiastic environment with good habits and discipline for homework practice for the clubs and music.

Prepare snacks before clubs and dinner

Do laundry for children and put it in their wardrobe; change and wash bed linen; ensure clothes are washed for the next day.

Tidy up kitchen including filling and emptying the dish washer.

Assist with (or remind older child of) homework and practice for clubs/music

Monitor screen time management

Ability to drive is a prerequisite as the nanny will be expected to collect the children from school and go to activities.

The role is live out so the Nanny should live within a reasonable driving commute to Thorpe Bay mileage when working will be paid.
