Lettings Administrator
Our client a Letting Agent based in Stamford Hill is now seeking a Lettings Administrator to join the team. The role includes general administrative tasks as well as organising paperwork and interviewing and vetting for new tenants. Previous office experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants to schedule appointments.
- Conduct property viewings showcasing the features and benefits of available rental properties.
- Interview and vet prospective tenants.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collect and process tenant deposits and rental payments.
- Conduct checkin and checkout procedures including property inspections and inventory management.
- Address tenant inquiries concerns and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of rental properties.
- Provide administrative support to the lettings team.
