Position Title: Customer Service Executive

Company Background: Food Manufacturing

Working Hour: 8am 5.45pm

Working Day: 5 days (Mon Fri)

Working Location : Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Gelang Patah Johor.

Salary Range: RM 3600 to RM 4200

Fixed Allowance: RM 200 (Meal) RM 250 (Transport allowance)

Benefits: Bonus (Depends on performance) Annual leave Public Holiday Sick Leave EPF & SOCSO

Job Description

Coordinate on sales enquires and product / project development.

Coordinate on customers orders and delivery arrangement.

Assist on quotation and costing.

Assist on budget preparation and monthly report.

Manage sales related documentation.

Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Analysis logical thinking & problem solving skill.

Good interpersonal & communication skill.

Highly motivated and able to operate independently in a fastpaced work environment.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft and SAP.

Fluent communication skills in English Mandarin and Malay.

Must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Business studies Business Management or equivalent in related field.

At least 2 years of working experiences in related field preferable in food industry.
