- A leading Mortgage Company
Primary Responsibilities
- Need Contact Center Experience
- Knowledge of US Mortgage customer service
- Motivated to drive results in partnership with direct team while supporting overall business objectives in a call center environment
- Experience in voice US Mortgage or any other international voice process as a Team Lead.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Need to handle escalated customer escalations.
- Service Level queue and staffing management
- This is a completely work in office and in US shifts
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
