Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in website copywriting and email marketing, with a fresh perspective and a knack for creativity. This individual will play a crucial role in crafting compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and ultimately boosts subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for our website, product pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop engaging email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, body content, and calls to action, to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align copywriting efforts with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Optimize copy for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and e-commerce to continuously improve our content strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in website copywriting and email marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of previous work demonstrating creativity, clarity, and effectiveness in driving results.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Monday or similar project management tools collaboration tools, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to bring copy and design elements together seamlessly.
