Job Description As a Manager with experience in SAP S4/HANA, Finance & Operational Transformation, with preferable, but not mandatory, experience in the Energy & Resources sector, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex business challenges unique to this industry. Leveraging your expertise in digital strategy, and advanced analytics, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformative solutions tailored to the specific needs of energy and resources companies. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with energy and resources client to assess current operational processes, identifying industry-specific challenges and opportunities for improvement. • Lead initiatives, overseeing the implementation of ERP, RPA, Power BI, and analytics solutions tailored to the needs of the energy and resources sector. • Provide expert guidance on end-to-end processes across finance, procurement, and supply chain such as order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and others. • Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial and operational data, leveraging advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover insights relevant to the energy and resources industry. • Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI in the context of energy and resources operations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within energy and resources companies, providing strategic recommendations to address industry-specific challenges and drive business outcomes. • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in agile project management, finance, and operational transformation within the energy and resources sector. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in large-scale project management, finance, and operational transformation within the energy and resources sector. • Native proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing a must). • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in the energy and resources industry, delivering measurable business impact. • Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning specific to the energy and resources sector. • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization tools like Power BI and statistical analysis software, applied in an energy and resources context. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), RPA platforms, and process automation technologies relevant to the energy and resources sector. • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, including implementation, configuration, and optimization within the energy and resources sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with energy and resources clients, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored solutions. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration towards common goals within the energy and resources industry.
