Electrical Technician

About the Role: • The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the below tasks: Complete corrective and preventive Electrical maintenance requirements to carry out the assigned day to day tasks Perform troubleshooting, monitoring and repairs of Electrical systems to facilitate smooth effective and efficient operations TO Carryout maintenance activities by liaising with stakeholders and other departments to facilitate smooth and effective on time maintenance without affecting normal operation. Complete maintenance care obligations and render assistance in equipment repair as necessary to increase equipment and asset availability To carryout preventive maintenance checks as per programmed to detect potential problems before gets failure Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude. Maintain parts inventory, keep work areas in a clean and organized manner. Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all basic operating systems, purchase parts and equipment. Follow policies, provide requested information, and attend mandatory training and other organizational requirements as directed. To follow the PTW system as per the demand requirements and to strictly adhere to the system and company standards. To assist or initiate the assigned tasks that has to be completed in a timely manner and to complete the work orders in the CMMS system. Undertake corrective, preventive maintenance and new minor project works on all types of Electrical systems. Responsible to perform the works in an eco-friendly and to dispose the materials appropriate manner. Qualifications About you: • High school + diploma or equivalent in the electrical discipline • 3yrs work related experience • Work experience in a similar capacity and work environment • Experience with operation / maintenance of all electrical systems
