As aBI Analyst you are responsiblefor helping the business leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement spot trends recognize potential issues and offer solutions. Your work aims to improve efficiency increase productivity and drive profits for the business.

Your daily tasks will be

• Proactively supporting the business in translating the insights into actions to improve the business.
  
• Conducting KPI meetings with stakeholders through engaging presentations.
  
• Ensuring Business Intelligence best practice is adhered to: creating maintaining and developing effective strategies for data governance.
• Supporting other data teams as a core stakeholderof business intelligence data.
  
• Supporting in the management of all data warehouse access layers.
  
• Creating data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  
• Exploring complex data sets extracting and manipulating data from different data sources to support further analysis.
  
• Analyzing all available data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends.
  
• Providing forecasts for new initiatives and projects assisting with setting up targets.
  
• Behavior analysis and A/B testing.
  
• Developing maintaining and administrating the enterprise reporting application MicroStrategy.
  
• Managing BI microservices.
  
• Resolving technical issues that arise from BI applications.
  
  

What we expect from you

• Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced work environment.
• Fundamental understanding of ETL processes and relational databases.
• Experience with a visualization tool.
• Understanding of the administration and maintenance of the enterprise reporting and analysis tools MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Data Science or a related discipline) is preferred.
