That is why we are currently searching for a new colleague to our Legal & Compliance team. Obviously that is where you come in

What you will be doing
Lets start by making one thing clear; At Anyfin Compliance is at the core of everything we do. Our team does not get called in at the last minute to review we play an integral part of the value creation process of the business from AZ. If this sounds too good to be true we suggest you try running a multinational regulated fintech business any other way. Trust us it doesnt work. So with that being said

In this role you will be part of the team responsible for our entire secondline defence in which we include data privacy. Reporting to our General Counsel you will make sure to optimize our legal compliance and data protection framework for both present and future. Acting as an internal stakeholder in everything from product launches commercial discussions and new organizational setups you will work with people from across multiple domains while ensuring compliance and sound management of regulatory risks.

No day will be like the next but your more recurring tasks will include formulating and leading our strategic compliance approach advising management and other senior stakeholders to new and improved products through actionable and pragmatic advice that aligns legal aspects with our business goals. Who you are
In order to be successful and impactful in this role we believe that we will find the following in your profile:

• A Swedish law degree

• Between five and ten years experience working within tech fintech ecommerce or similarly fast paced industries

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Evidence to support a strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to risk

A background at a law firm is meriting so is previous experience from a broad role in which you will have taken on projects and tasks in the borderland between legal and compliance perhaps even data privacy. But most importantly you will have a passion for finding optimal solutions to complex problems and enjoy working together with other people and not just alongside them. If you are the kind of person we are looking for you will understand what that means.
