Job Description
- Conducting meticulous inspections and quality checks on incoming raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Performing routine testing and analysis of product samples using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of test results, inspections, and other quality assurance activities in accordance with established protocols.
- Assisting in the investigation of product quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Participating in the development and implementation of robust quality control procedures, protocols, and standards to ensure product integrity and consistency.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing documentation, conducting inspections, and addressing audit findings in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and standards to promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Contributing to the review and approval of product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance and cosmetic manufacturing to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in regular internal inspection planning.
- Document and keep records of inspections in compliance with quality procedures for internal and external audits.
- Assist in analyzing quality assessment reports to identify gaps and improvements.
- Knowledge in water unit treatment
