Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from initiating employment requests to finalizing hiring.

- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage communications regarding open positions.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and handle all hiring documentation.

HR Administration:

- Maintain up-to-date HR files and databases, ensuring compliance with all employment requirements, such as background checks and medical exams.

- Prepare and revise HR documents, including employment contracts and recruitment guides.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

- Manage grievance procedures and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.

- Organize staff training sessions and workshops.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and travel allowances.

- Manage the full and final settlements of existing employees.

Performance Management:

- Coordinate performance review processes and ensure they are carried out fairly and timely.

- Assist managers in understanding and implementing performance management standards and procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and inform the HR department of relevant changes.

Administrative Tasks:

- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
