• Responding to USPTO Office Actions
• Drafting topnotch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
• Conducting prior art reexaminations freedomtooperate due diligence patentability litigation support and patent searches

What the Law Firm is Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Physics or a related field
• Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
• At least 3 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in hightech matters
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Ability to be self driven and independent
• Superb communication skills

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:
