Dynamics Developer

WRK digital are partnered with an award winning educational platform provider based in Yorkshire who are seeking a Dynamics Developer to join their fast-paced environment working on exciting projects! You will be critical to supporting the CRM goals within the company, being the go-to dynamics expert within their team!

Microsoft Dynamics is the core of their internal business processes, it supports the delivery of their main programmes and is used by stakeholders across their networks. As Dynamics Developer, you would be supporting their ongoing strategy to consolidate all CMS into Dynamics.

This is a hybrid role working from their York based office.

As Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with third-party vendors to facilitate significant deliveries on the technical roadmap.
• Creating and contributing to the solution design and overall technical architecture.
• Collaborating with product owners to ensure new CRM and Power platforms are delivered and existing functionality is continuously improved.
• Creating and supporting all integrations between dynamics and other applications.
• Ensuring the company is seeing value from their D365 investment
• Serving as the 4^th line escalation point for the support team on Dynamics/ Power platform matters.

As Dynamics Developer, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years working in an Microsoft Dynamics Developer position or similar.
• A proven history of delivering business solutions in CRM and Power Platform.
• A solid understanding the CRM architecture, best practices and security models.
• Experience of integrating dynamics with other business applications.
• A background in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM entities, plugins and workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure services relating to Dynamics 365.
• Any qualifications in Dynamics 365 is a bonus but not essential.
