Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Controller and participating as part of a team this position is responsible for rent collection and processing bookkeeping and propertylevel accounting billing and payment processing and the maintenance of accurate records.


Responsibilities:

  • Recording monthly rent transactions
  • Processing payments and owner draws
  • Creating and updating monthly client reporting packages
  • Transactional accounting tasks (bank reconciliation journal entries creating bills and invoices)
  • Communicating with clients and responding to accounting inquiries
  • Updating and maintaining accurate tenant and client ledgers
  • Assisting team members with accountingrelated inquiries and questions


Requirements


  • At least 1 year of experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience using productivity software (Monday Asana Notion etc.)
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 8PM5AM Manila time
