Corporate Attorney

We are looking for corporate lawyers for the New York office. The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in corporate M&A securities and finance transactions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in these areas of law and will be able to handle complex legal matters with confidence and professionalism.

Responsabilities:

• Advise clients on corporate governance matters mergers and acquisitions securities offerings and other corporate transactions;
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts agreements and disclosure materials;
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide guidance on complex legal issues;
• Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions and agreements on behalf of clients;
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients;
• Stay current on developments in corporate law securities regulations and financial markets;
• Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for client matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction relevant to the position (preferably Delaware bar admission).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing corporate law with a focus on M&A securities and finance transactions.
• Strong academic credentials including toptier law school and academic achievements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify and address legal issues efficiently.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
