Technical Project Manager Design Responsible

Assignment Description and Requirements

• Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives milestones deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
  
• Coordinate with engineering teams suppliers and stakeholders to define technical requirements specifications and acceptance criteria.
  
• Monitor project progress track tasks and proactively identify and address issues or risks to ensure ontime and withinbudget delivery. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  
• Lead crossfunctional teams of engineers designers testers and other specialists involved in the development fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  
• Provide technical guidance support and mentorship to team members ensuring alignment with project goals and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members promoting knowledge sharing and problemsolving to overcome technical challenges. Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
  
• Apply deep technical knowledge of ECU architecture embedded systems software development and automotive electronics to guide project activities and decisionmaking.
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues conflicts and dependencies that may impact project progress or deliverables leveraging analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate design alternatives assess technical feasibility and optimize ECU performance reliability and scalability. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
  
• Serve as contact for stakeholders (esp. management) providing regular updates on project status progress and key milestones.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations address concerns and facilitate effective communication channels to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (5 years) in technical project management roles within the automotive industry with a focus on ECU development or related areas.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive ECU architecture embedded systems software development lifecycle and automotive electronics.
  
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project).
  
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
• Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Experience with quality assurance processes testing methodologies and risk management practices.
