Location Hyderabad Telangana
We are seeking a motivated and organized People Intern to join our dynamic team. This
position offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in the People &
Culture domain working closely with our People and Culture Manager. The ideal candidate
will be involved in learning and implementing policies and processes supporting employee
engagement activities and planning both virtual and inperson events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the People and Culture Team in daily tasks and operations.
Support in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities to foster a
positive work environment.
Help plan and schedule a variety of events including virtual meetings and inpersona
gatherings ensuring smooth execution and high levels of participation.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications related to
initiatives and events.
Provide administrative support such as preparing reports maintaining records and
handling confidential employee information.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA in Human Resources.
01 years of experience in a related field (internships included).
Strong academic record and a passion for human resources and employee
engagement.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple
tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively in a
team and building relationships with employees at all levels.
Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy in all aspects of work.
Proactive learner eager to pick up new skills and knowledge in People management.
Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its
employees

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on technical training. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
