We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners association boards residents and very importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy and we automate timeconsuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role

A unique opportunity to be part of a journey to shape the global property management awaits you. In Odevo one of our conviction pillars is that software will transform the global residential property management industry. We are building out a 200 technology team with Product development Data & AI and IT Operations servicing all our group companies across the globe.

As a manager in Strategy & Value Creation focusing on the Odevo tech teams value creation journey you will be part shaping and driving initiatives that delivers value across Odevo and scales in our tech proposition. Your work will span areas such as operating model portfolio management M&A governance and innovation all underpinned by Odevos strategy. Part of the role will be to drive strategic analysis develop business cases and ensure delivery progress. You will have a wide range of stakeholders on various levels and across several businesses and you day to day will be very varied and driven by value delivery.

To succeed in this position you have:

• Strong project management skills including planning execution and monitoring
• Excellent presentation skills capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis utilizing data to drive decisionmaking and strategy development
• Crossfunctional management experience collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
• Expertise in technology and product development understanding of market trends and innovations
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on longterm goals and value creation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills fostering relationships and ensuring alignment across the organization

As a home organization you are part of Odevos Strategy & Value Creation team. This team is actively engaged across all our markets and companies collaborating to design and execute our group strategy. The team has various focus areas and you will have a dedicated responsibility for working with our technology organization.
