We are seeking a US NonIT Recruiter with 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team located in the vibrant area of Ayyappa Society Madhapur Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various nontechnical positions within industries such as light industrial manufacturing and healthcare. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for roles including forklift operators material handlers pickers and other positions within the light industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for nontechnical positions within the light industrial manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
• Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards social media networking and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for each position.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely updates and communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed.
