Overview:

As an Automation Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing automated solutions using Ansible Chef Puppet and Terraform to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to identify areas for automation design robust solutions and deploy automation tools and technologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for automation using Ansible Chef Puppet and Terraform. Few examples are Oracle database WebLogic patching and daytoday operational activities. Our environment comprises Windows servers.

Develop automation scripts playbooks recipes and infrastructure as code templates using Ansible Chef Puppet and Terraform. Implement automation solutions across various systems and platforms ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability scalability and performance. Identify areas for optimization and enhancement and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Create detailed documentation for automation solutions including Ansible playbooks Chef recipes Puppet manifests and Terraform configurations.
