We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Services Leader to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Services Leader, you will be responsible for driving our service business, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Country Leader, will lead a team of dedicated professionals, monitoring sales, managing resources, and implementing strategic objectives to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Drive both sales and fulfillment processes, ensuring market coverage and addressing customer needs. • Maintain quality standards, oversee project measurements, and monitor service personnel effectiveness. • Develop and implement new service products, keeping in mind our focus on sustainability and the complete HVAC system • Achieve mission objectives regarding sales, profit and management of resources such as backlog analysis, Work in Progress (WIP), overhead management, local inventory management, etc. • Collaborate with the HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to establish required skill sets and talents. • Foster effective communication between service personnel and the leadership team • Monitor and drive training programs and service engineers & technicians career development.
