The Role: As a Recruiter at Recruit4Work you will play a pivotal role in sourcing toptier candidates for both international and local clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently and collaboratively sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
• Crafting compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not required.
