USNIA INC Security Services is looking for Unarmed Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients. Qualifications:
Must have prior work experience as Unarmed Security Guard
Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residency
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Job Summary: USNIA Security Guards will be responsible for security and control of the assigned areas and the enforcement of the Client's regulations. Work is performed with some independence in accordance with established policies and procedures supplemented by periodic instructions and meetings. The employee will perform routine work for the Client. Work is performed during various shifts and locations as required. Supervision is received from the Supervisory Commander assigned. General Security responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure a safe and secure environment
Observe survey and report activities at the assigned site
Preserve order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel visitors and premises
Respond quickly to critical situations
Monitor and patrol premises on foot or as directed
Direct clientele to the intended destination
Assess and act upon threats or deviant behavior accordingly
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to communicate and work well with staff and team members
Prepare incident logs and daily reports as required
Other duties as assigned
