- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Altibbi's mission and business objectives. Define the product vision and roadmap for the telehealth platform.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams, to gather and document detailed product requirements. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs and business goals.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and functionalities based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Make data-driven decisions and adapt priorities to changing market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales teams. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all departments to achieve common product goals.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Provide guidance on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the overall user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and conduct thorough testing to ensure the product meets quality standards before release.
- Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. Implement necessary changes and enhancements to optimize the user experience continually.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that the telehealth platform adheres to all relevant laws and standards.
- Product Launch: Coordinate the successful launch of new features and products. Develop launch plans, conduct training sessions, and support marketing efforts to promote new offerings.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.
