Career Consulting Partners is working with an ambitious lemonlaw firm to find an experienced Trial Attorney. This position will be out of Century City California.The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical organizational prioritization and time management skills along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and execute efficiently against multiple highpriority and highvolume projects in a fastpaced environment.Superior drafting and writing skills as well as having the interest to analyze legal issues with a solutionbased mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings and motions (e.g. discovery and case dispositive motions)
• Meetandconfer on discovery issues (e.g. ESI discovery)
• Pretrial preparation
• Delegation and supervision of deadlines and tasks
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue substantive motions in court
• Independently manage your own case load
• Ability to develop trial and pretrial strategy
• Prepare litigation reports and risk assessments
• Engaging in discovery depositions motions practice and other pretrial procedures to prepare cases for hearings
• Preparing witnesses for examination crossexamining witnesses and responding to evidentiary objections.
• Attend hearings depositions and other court appearances
• Oversee discovery
• Applying case knowledge and legal skills when negotiating settlements
• Prepare argue and litigate a large roster of cases
• Performing extensive technical and legal analysis
• Perform other related duties and meet all deadlines as required

Requirements:

• 45 Years of Trial Experience
• 510 First Chair Jury Trials
• Have a high degree of selfaccountability and ownership.
• Ability to interact and communicate with judges attorneys staff and clients.
• Enthusiasm for developing skills and experience alongside an evolving business with innovative ideas.
• Experience with and adaptability to new technology and software application systems.

Compensation andBenefits:

• Salary Compensation: $150000 $275000
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance dental insurance vision insurance and 401(k) plan.
