Accounting Coordinator

What youll do:

• Create daily invoices for serial production shipments from AutoRelease.

• Create engineering tooling prototype and product sample invoices from PRISM.

• Create other manual invoices from customer Purchase Orders and internal shippers.

• Work with other Autoliv facilities monthly to match intercompany balances.

• Follow up with intercompany and external customers on past due balances.

• Respond to requests for documents from internal SOX and external auditors.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What is required:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Experience in shared services mode

3 to 5 years of experience in invoicing processes

Advanced English
