Sales Development Representative for HeadQuarters (remote) a USbased company that helps organizations in the cannabis industry to drive their businesses


The team at HeadQuarters handles the nitty gritty administrative work that is required to run a successful cannabis business. They help sales administration; accounting and collections. They have years of experience in the Cannabis space and deliver highquality work. They do this by deploying teams skilled in data analysis / accounting / operations and letting them come up with custommade solutions for each client.

HeadQuarters is a company of100 people and currently theyre looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team and help them execute hightouch B2B outreach initiatives with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

As an SDR at HeadQuarters youll need to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the cannabis industry and articulate how their finance sales and marketing services can address specific needs of their clients and drive business growth. Tailor outreach messages to highlight the cost savings each service can provide demonstrating a basic understanding of the industry landscape and the potential impact on the clients bottom line.


Responsibilities:

  • Craft hightouch outreach messages targeting a small Total Addressable Market (TAM) of cannabis decisionmakers on LinkedIn and email.

  • Develop and implement new hypotheses for outreach strategies leveraging creativity and personalization without relying on automation tools.

  • Execute B2B outreach initiatives with a primary focus on LinkedIn aiming to secure a minimum of 7 booked meetings of qualified buyers as the main monthly KPI.

  • On the first day of work you will be provided with a decentsized list of leads to reach out to however after a couple of months that list will end and youll have to source your own leads as well.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in similar leadgeneration and appointmentsetting roles. Preferably within the US market (but not required).

  • Hustler and persistence: demonstrate a relentless drive and persistence in pursuing leads coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.

  • Desire to learn: exhibit a passion for learning about the company and its services embracing new challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability.

  • Excellent English writing skills: communicate with clients articulately and persuasively guiding conversations towards scheduling Zoom calls with the founder to close the deals.


Working hours:

Maximum intersection with California USA you may check the time difference via the link. So if you could overlap with the team till 4 pm PST that would be amazing.


What we offer:

Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). For this vacancy we will consider only the candidates with no other commitments like studies or plans to combine this job with another. We are looking for a full commitment and dedication.

Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city just need a laptop to work from a great internet connection and an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team.

Salary will be discussed during the interview. Paid in USD.
