Job Summary:
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking an Oracle Developer to join their team onsite in Tallahassee FL. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of programming/systems analysis experience with expertise in Oracle databases forms and reports.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL.
• 25 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
• Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports.

Preferred:

• Experience writing complex queries and developing complex PL/SQL database objects.
• Ability to write complex queries utilizing Transact SQL.
• Knowledge of relational database design data processing and data communications.
• Experience in writing reading and interpreting technical specifications test cases and software requirements.
• Government experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers business analysts and team members to understand business requirements.
• Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation indicating project compliance with OATS policies and procedures.
• Address project team conflict and communication problems proactively.
• Review required documentation for completeness and correctness before submitting to the project team and stakeholders.
