ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of the accounts business objectives challenges and opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue from key accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling
Monitor sales performance analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
3. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop accountspecific strategies aligned
Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the development of new products and services tailored to key accounts needs.
4. Negotiation and Contracts:
Negotiate pricing contracts and terms with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit.
Ensure all agreements and contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments relevant to key accounts.
Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in key account management preferably in the ecommerce or retail industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
