Business Development Officer
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous constructive feedback to salespeople
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or services
Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Key Accounts Officer
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
5 or more years of sales experience (digital and traditional)
5 or more years of business development and accounts management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and Access) and CRM and CMS software.
Experience using analytics software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proven record of sales growth
Experience in customer service marketing or a salesrelated field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
