Tasks

As a Content Moderator you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and security of our platforms content. Your primary responsibilities include meticulously reviewing and managing uploaded content within established guidelines. Additionally you will provide highquality service adhere to prescribed processes and participate in campaign training sessions to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities:

Content Moderators support our clients efforts to deliver highquality and efficient moderation service for the Global Ecommerce team. Moderation is responsible for the governance of Seller Product Live and Short Video.

• You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.
• You are responsible for the development improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.
• You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
• You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for the timely management of content that violates our policies.

Requirements

• German language (C1C2) with English (C1)
• Ability to work in Lisbon Portugal or relocate there.
