Marketing is a key function to continue and scale our very successful growth strategy promoting the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region and as a next step in other markets. Our success will rely on your ability to deliver highquality vertical and thought leadership content and activities to the right people at the right time on the right channels.

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic creative cando attitude individual to join our revenue team with experience in a B2B Startup and a background in content marketing.

Tasks

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Create and oversee content marketing initiatives including blog posts case studies whitepapers and more.
• Set up and manage Performance Marketing (LinkedIn) where useful
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Create briefings working with external partners and agencies engage and coordinate with experts and interview partners
• Strategic development of marketing formats in line with industry best practices new opportunities and proactive proposal of new ideas
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS preferably in a startup setting.
• Proven experience in growth marketing performance marketing (LinkedIn) and content marketing.
• Background in Content Marketing able to write own content in German language.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in enterpriselevel marketing is preferred.
• Creative thinker statusquo challenger datadriven and handson problem solver
• Preferably native German speaker (as the focus is DACH) and fluent in English (as we are an international company) able to write professional content without review
