C and amp;D Plumbing Inc is looking for one customer service to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive motivated and reliable. and nbsp;Support that will be responsible for routine/basic inbound call outbound call email and web chat services as well as backoffice services. Performs services focused on customer satisfaction Completes daily routine tasks and responsibilities to support the Customer Service department or programs.




Requirements:


  • Supports customers to submit and process origination and disbursement transactions or creates and submits on behalf of the customer.
  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Assists customers with award origination and disbursement processing and identifying and resolving processing issues.
  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Supports inbound calling outbound calling email web chat and outreach to customers to assist in resolving batch edits and errors missing documents and signature pages and fixing data.
  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provides monitoring support and outreach for batch processing issues and errors edit code rejects issue follow up and resolution as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;High School Diploma or GED
  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;02 years of Call center experience; 02 years of customer service or public relations experience.
  • and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;US Citizenship Required; Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance or investigation.
