Job Description
- Lead, manage and mentor the support teams of support engineers located in the country.
- Dealing with customer (internal and external) as wells as managing vendor relations (3rd party)
- Develop a close working relationship with all serviced business functions .
- Partner with other Technology internal leads (Product Managers, SDM, Technical Account Managers, Engineering, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, IT Security)
- Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.
