Job Description

Developing and maintaining client relationships enhancing opportunities and business initiatives.
Ensuring the safest delivery of the contracted PM/CM services to the client.
Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
Implementing standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Directing, Monitoring and enforcing standards of safety in compliance with the company’s Health and Safety & Quality Management System and Client requirements.
