Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot design test and implement solutions for the SAP WM/MM Module
Lead design of WM interfaces conversion programs reports and enhancements based on SAP best practices
Document and Transform business requirements into system specifications
Develop estimates and solutions to deliver requirements
Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures
Working in Agile Scrum Teams Required
Experience & Skills
7 years of substantial experience in Warehouse Management (WM) and associated processes and secondary support for other SAP modules such as MM QM PP and SD with at least 3 fulllife cycle implementations.
Interface with other functional areas to implement crossfunctional solutions such as
Experience with implementing SAP warehouse configuration Cross Docking Stock transfer orders Inbound and outbound logistics cycle count and inventory 2 step picking Transfer Order process JIT IDOCs RFC CPI integration EDI RF Scanning Kitting Schedule Agreements Purchase Requisition and Orders Release strategies and workflows
Provide configuration data migration interface and functional support as necessary
Communicate clearly with team members business analyst product owners and management
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
