Join a leading organization in the solar industry as a Benefits Director based in Allenwood. In this role you will oversee the coordination implementation and communication of our comprehensive benefit programs including 401(k) administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing employee benefits including COBRA FMLA and shortterm disability with a deep understanding of federal and state regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday administration of all employee benefits across corporate operations including Medical Dental Vision FSA/HSA 401(k) Life Insurance and Disability.
- Collaborate on employee communications related to benefit programs.
- Recommend benefits programs based on employee requirements market conditions and cost analysis.
- Reconcile benefits accounts by approving billing statements.
- Conduct annual open enrollment across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA PPACA and COBRA.
- Maintain accurate benefit recordkeeping and system updates.
- Audit HR Benefit and Workers Compensation data for accuracy.
- Administer 401(k) plans including employee meetings and processing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 57 years of handson experience in HR/benefits and 401(k) administration.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefit administration best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; experience with Paycom ATS or similar systems preferred.
- Experience in FMLA and leave management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with voluntary benefits programs and costsharing models.
- Multistate and federal employee leave administration experience.
