IT Junior Specialist

Bickert Management Inc. (BMI) is looking for candidates to support its expanding IT team. No prior experience with IT or software is required nor is a technology background.

Instead Bickert Management is looking for a motivated hardworking candidate that has an aptitude for problem solving and a willingness to learn. This position might be ideal for inexperienced candidates looking to get their foot in the door and get a massive amount of experience in a wide variety of topics.

As a Junior IT Specialist at BMI youll be at the forefront of our Information Technology initiatives helping to optimize both our clients and our internal processes. We create implement and improve business process automations (BPAs) using a worldclass suite of software (Zoho). By removing manual inputs our company streamlines productivity and efficiency for our clients. Our existing team consists of members with a vast range of technological skills. Our software customizations can be setup with nocode lowcode or procode workflows.

Respond to client needs

Complete technological tasks to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives

Collaborate with other team members

Participate in internal team meetings and client communication

Document processes and improvement implementations

Leverage our existing software applications and tools to optimize team member communication engagement productivity and efficiency

Participate in monthly performance evaluations

Complete tasks related to setting up software migrating data and interpreting analytics
