Achieve acts as a counselor advocate and partner helping students achieve their degree in less time with less effort and for less money by utilizing an alternative path to earning college credit known as the creditbyexamination process. Achieve helps students bypass all of the busywork associated with taking certain college courses the traditional way by instead passing just one testout exam. Job Summary
Achieve Test Prep is currently seeking a multiskilled eLearning Curriculum Specialist with a successful track record as a reliable committed and creative worker. This individual will have a wide variety of responsibilities involving content and course creation project management team support chapter writing proofreading editing quiz design case management and reporting. This position reports directly to the eLearning Curriculum Supervisor.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective time management organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Develop a curriculum framework and audit existing courses
- Proofread and format study guides and edit according to examination guidelines
- Develop chapters for study guides from existing coursework
- Collaborate with SME to continuously improve curriculum design and delivery
- Develop engaging eLearning material
- Develop quizzes and tests and identify errors (if any)
- Stay abreast of eLearning trends that can better prepare and motivate students
- Manage eLearning cases
- Submit weekly updates in Asana as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (Education English Science Social Science Psychology Medical Nursing is an advantage)
- Techsavvy and highly capable of navigating and improving an eLearning environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and pivot when necessary
- Knowledge of curriculum design development trends and processes
- Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
- Thrives in an independent fastpaced work environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Suite and Google Workspace productivity software
- Fluent comprehension oral and written communication skills in English. (Necessity)
- Moodle ASANA Salesforce Canva and Illustrator knowledge an advantage

Requirements and skills Bachelor s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using analytics software, an understanding of SEO and unique algorithms of each platform. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent creativity, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Some knowledge of web design, web development, and CRO. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Job Details: Type: Selected candidate will have to work full-time Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day. Remote: 100% Online Compensation: 45k to 70k, depending on skill and experience
