Open Position: Training Specialist (MNC Company)
A reputable Company is currently looking for a Training Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years of experience as trainer external training specialist in Engineering/Manufacturing related products
- Demonstrated experience developing training programs and curriculum based on organizational goals and a strategic plan
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
- Certification from talent and training associations is a strong plus
- Good interpersonal skills presentation and communication skills
